According to the agency, Brian Coffee stands accused of sexually battering a mentally and physically disabled adult at an assisted living facility within the county.
The Children's Justice Center (CJC) provides a neutral, safe, child-friendly atmosphere for children when there are allegations of child sexual, physical abuse, when children have witnessed crimes or when visitations are necessary in a supervised setting.
Programs and services provided by the CJC are the Supervised Visitation Program and the Children’s Advocacy Center.
In an interview with investigators, Coffee adamantly denied the incident.
